Scope of this notice
This notice applies to phproduction.sk, its contact form. Specific service terms or an agreement may supplement this general notice.
Enquiries and business communication
When you submit an enquiry, we process your name, company, email address, telephone number, selected area of interest, message, communication language and any other information you choose to provide. Only fields marked with an asterisk are required.
We use these data to receive and handle the enquiry, prepare a response or proposal and communicate about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or our legitimate interest in responding to professional or business communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We cannot receive and handle the enquiry without the required fields.
Website operation and security
The server and security infrastructure may record an IP address, time, requested URL, response status, request identifier and basic browser information. The purposes are reliable operation, error diagnosis, abuse prevention and security-incident handling. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and available operations.

Sources and automated decisions
We obtain data mainly from you, from the organisation on whose behalf you act, and automatically through technical communication with our servers. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to authorised PH Networks personnel and necessary providers of server, email, security, authentication or support infrastructure. Each recipient receives only what is needed for its task. Data may be disclosed to a public authority where required by law.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use the applicable GDPR transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards. The production list of providers and safeguards must reflect the services actually deployed.
Retention
Enquiries and related communication are retained while handled and afterwards for as long as justified by the relationship, a legal obligation or the protection of legal claims. Operational and security records are retained only for a period proportionate to diagnosis and system protection. Account and service data are retained for the life of the account or agreement and afterwards according to legal obligations, backup cycles and the need to protect legal claims. Data no longer needed are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
To the extent provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and receive portable data where the legal conditions apply. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing before withdrawal.
You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. Use the contact details above to exercise your rights; we may reasonably verify your identity before responding.
